An accelerator runs the same cycle every cohort: applications open, the team screens and interviews, founders are accepted, and then the program starts, with milestones, sessions and a directory of the startups in it. Most programs run that cycle across a form tool, a review spreadsheet, a shared drive and a group chat. In Pory it's one portal. Founders apply and see where their application stands, and once accepted they sign in to their milestones, the sessions coming up and the startup directory.

How Pory sets it up
Pory gives every founder and program manager a sign-in of their own. Each founder sees only their own applications. It covers startup applications & cohorts. Applications, startups, milestones, documents, program dates and team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
Founders apply with the pitch deck attached, not a share link
Applications used to come through a form tool, with decks sent as share links that had stopped working by the time the panel met. In Pory a founder names the startup, writes the one-line pitch, picks a sector and how much they've raised, and attaches the deck to the application itself. The program team stops chasing access requests the night before screening.

Screening two hundred applications in a shared spreadsheet meant filters, frozen rows and the occasional accidental sort. The program manager sees each startup as a card under Applied, Screening, Interview or a decision, and drags it forward after each call. The whole team works from the same pipeline instead of five local copies.

Milestones used to live in a kickoff slide that nobody opened again until the week before Demo Day. Each founder signs in to their own milestone list, with customer interviews, a pricing page and a first paid pilot each carrying a due date, and checks them off as they land. The program manager sees who's on track without booking a check-in call.

A founder signs in with a link sent to their email and lands on Home. They see Home, My applications, My milestones, Startup directory, My documents and Program, and only the applications that are theirs. From there they can use “New application” and “Upload a document”.
The public pages: Apply. Anything about a particular person stays behind their sign-in.
