How Pory sets it up
Pory gives every attendee and host a sign-in of their own. Each attendee sees only their own registrations. It covers signup & materials. Registrations, before and after, materials, program, attendees and riverbend team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
People register themselves and land straight in the attendee area
Registrations came through a form tool, then someone emailed each person the slides link by hand. In Pory an attendee creates their own account from the sign-up page and arrives in the attendee role, with the materials page already waiting. The host stops keeping a mailing list of who asked for what.

Hosts see who's registered for each session, faces and all
The host used to piece together the attendee list from form notifications the night before. In Pory every attendee shows up in a directory with their name, photo and organization, filtered to the next session, so the host can tailor examples to who's actually in the room. Name tags stop being written from a forwarded email at 8:50am.

Frequently asked questions
An attendee signs in with a link sent to their email and lands on Home. They see Home, My materials, My bookings, Program and Joining details, and only the registrations that are theirs. From there they can use “Book another workshop”.
Only hosts. It's hidden from attendees: it doesn't appear on their pages or in the records they open.
Yes. The portal has a sign-up page, and everyone who signs up lands in the attendee role with that role's view.
