How Pory sets it up
Pory gives every nurse and compliance lead a sign-in of their own. Each nurse sees only their own courses. It covers courses & credits. Courses, certifications, documents, key dates and tamarack compliance team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
Nurses log each CE course once, with the certificate attached
Course certificates lived in personal inboxes and phone photos until the compliance lead asked for them, all at once. In Pory a nurse logs the course, provider and completion date with the certificate uploaded, then sees whether it's been verified. Nobody forwards a blurry photo of a 2024 certificate at 11pm again.

Nurses hear about an expiring license well before it lapses
Expiration dates were kept in a spreadsheet someone remembered to open every few months, which is how a lapsed license got spotted on the schedule. In Pory each certification carries its expiration date, and the holder gets a reminder in the portal and by email ahead of it. Nobody finds out on the morning of a shift.
