Pory gives every cleaner, supervisor and client a sign-in of their own. Each client sees only their own cleaning jobs. It covers job checklists & photo proof. Cleaning jobs, job checklist, issues and requests, invoices and team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
Each clean comes with its own checklist, checked off as the cleaner goes
Cleaning specs lived in a folder at the main office, so what "done" meant depended on who was on shift. Each job carries its own checklist (trash, floors, kitchen counters, restroom restock) and the cleaner checks items off on their phone as they work, with progress shown for the job. Supervisors stop fielding "nobody wiped the counters" complaints with no way to check.

Photos of the finished rooms, uploaded to the job before leaving
When a client complained, it was the client's word against the cleaner's, and the cleaner usually lost. Before leaving, the cleaner uploads photos of the kitchen, restrooms and floors to the job itself. The client and the supervisor see the job marked Done with the photos on it, which ends most arguments before they start.
