A veterinary clinic portal is where each pet has one record of its visits and vaccinations, vets add notes and medications after every consult, and owners get reminded before a vaccination is due.

In plain English
Pory gives every pet owner and vet a sign-in of their own. Each pet owner sees only their own pets. It covers pet records & visit history. Pets, visits, vaccinations, prescription refills, records, invoices and team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
A pet's history is split between the practice software, a paper card the owner forgets, and whichever vet happens to remember the dog. Each pet has one record here: species, breed, weight and allergies, with each visit's notes and medications and every vaccination listed underneath. The vet opens Biscuit's record and reads his last visits before walking into the consult room.
Vaccination reminders go out as postcards, if someone at the front desk remembers, and half the addresses are two moves out of date. Each vaccination has a next-due date on the pet's record, and the owner gets a reminder in the portal and by email as it comes up. Fewer boosters lapse, and fewer boarding kennels turn a dog away at the door.

Each one reads and writes the same records, so a form, its approval and the status page someone checks are one system. How Pory builds a portal
Renewals, expiries and overdue work, in an in-app inbox and by email.
Open a unit, a pet or a listing to see its details and everything tied to it: requests, visits, offers. Share it by link; edit, change the status or add a related item from there.
Each person sees their own records, the ones assigned to them, or the ones they manage. Fields can be hidden per role. Pory sets this up from your description, and you can adjust it in the editor.
