Pory gives every client and producer a sign-in of their own. Each client sees only their own productions. It covers shoot schedule & assets. Productions, shoot days, assets, payments and crew live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
The shoot schedule lives in a call-sheet PDF, a spreadsheet and a group chat, and by Thursday they disagree. Each shoot day sits on a calendar with its production, call time and location, colored by whether it's scheduled, confirmed, wrapped or postponed. When a shoot moves, the producer changes one date and anyone who opens the calendar sees the new one.
A production company juggling five brands can't send one shared folder without someone seeing a competitor's campaign before launch. Each client signs in to their own productions, the shoot days booked for them and the assets shared with them, and nothing that belongs to another client. The producer runs all of them from the same portal.
