Product review collection & moderation portal

How Pory sets it up
Pory gives every customer and moderator a sign-in of their own. Each customer sees only their own reviews. It covers submit → moderate → publish. Reviews, teas to review, teas, tea calendar and kiln & Leaf team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
Customers leave a rating, a review and a photo of their brew
Reviews used to arrive as replies to the order confirmation email, which meant nobody else ever read them. In Pory a signed-in customer picks the tea, gives it a rating out of five, writes a title and a review, and adds a photo if they like. It lands as Pending for moderation instead of sitting in someone's inbox.

A moderator approves or rejects each review before anyone sees it
Without moderation, one spam review with a discount code for another shop could sit on the product page for a week. In Pory the moderator sees new reviews as cards, opens each one, and approves it or rejects it with a note on the review. Honest two-star reviews go through; the discount-code spam doesn't.

Good reviews got screenshotted into social posts and then lost. In Pory every review the moderator approves shows on a public page anyone can open without an account, with its rating and photos; pending and rejected ones never appear. Frequently asked questions
A customer signs in with a link sent to their email and lands on Home. They see Home, My reviews, Teas to review, Our teas and Review guidelines, and only the reviews that are theirs. From there they can use “New review”.
Moderator decide: they mark each one Approved or Rejected and give a reason. Everyone else sees the decision and the reason on the record, without the buttons to change it.
The public pages: Reviews and Our teas. Anything about a particular person stays behind their sign-in.
