How Pory sets it up
Pory gives every hiring manager and recruiter a sign-in of their own. Each hiring manager sees only their own candidates. It covers roles, candidates and placements. Candidates, roles, timesheets, invoices and team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.
What it does
Hiring managers post a role with pay, location and start date
New roles came in as a phone call on the drive home and a job description written in 2019. In Pory the hiring manager posts the role, picks permanent, contract or temp, and fills in location, start date and pay. Your recruiters start sourcing that afternoon instead of calling back for the basics.

Candidate progress lived in spreadsheets that each recruiter kept a different way. Every candidate is a card on one board, grouped by stage and labeled with the role they're up for. Recruiters drag a card from Screened to Shortlisted to Interviewing, and the whole desk can see who's close to placed.

Each client company sees its own roles and candidates, nobody else's
Shortlists went out as resumes attached to emails, which then got forwarded around the client's office. Each client signs in to Pory and sees only the roles they've posted and the candidates put forward for them, with each candidate's stage. A rival firm hiring for the same forklift shift never sees your shortlist.

Frequently asked questions
A hiring manager signs in with a link sent to their email and lands on Home. They see Home, My roles, Shortlist, Timesheets, Invoices and How we recruit, and only the candidates that are theirs. From there they can use “Post a role” and “New role”.
You invite them. Each person gets a sign-in link by email, with no password to set, and lands in the role you chose for them.
