How Pory sets it up
Pory gives every sponsor and partnerships manager a sign-in of their own. Each sponsor sees only their own sponsorships. It covers packages & deliverables. Sponsorships, packages, deliverables, artwork and documents, festival dates, invoices, partner resources and partnerships team live in Pory's own database, so there's no spreadsheet to keep in sync.

Packages used to live in a sponsorship PDF that was out of date the moment we added a stage. In Pory each package is a card showing its tier, price and what's included, so a sponsor can compare them before the first conversation and ask about one from the same page. The partnerships team updates one card instead of re-sending the deck to every prospect.

Every promise made to a sponsor becomes a box someone checks
Sponsor commitments used to be scattered across contracts, emails and one very long notes app. In Pory each sponsorship has its deliverables, from logo on screens and social posts to passes sent, each with a due date, and the partnerships manager checks them off as they're done. At the wrap-up, nobody has to guess whether Summit Coffee got its four posts.

Sponsors used to email asking what they'd agreed to and when their stage was, and the answer lived in a spreadsheet of every sponsor. Frequently asked questions
A sponsor signs in with a link sent to their email and lands on Home. They see Home, Packages, My sponsorships, Artwork & documents, Festival dates and Festival info, and only the sponsorships that are theirs. From there they can use “Upload artwork or a document”.
You invite them. Each person gets a sign-in link by email, with no password to set, and lands in the role you chose for them.
