We understand how important it is for program managers at a nonprofit organization to have a project management tool that’s simple and intuitive to free up more time to focus on developing and implementing quality programs.
In this use case, we will look at how we can turn this program management Airtable template into a portal for employees and volunteers working on all types of nonprofit programs to use for project management.

This Airtable template above helps track tasks and issues related to nonprofit programs. We’ll be using Pory to build a portal for team members to manage programs and another portal for volunteers to view their assigned tasks.

See your deadlines automatically sorted in a calendar view, and let each team member add filters to use it as their own to-do list, and take advantage of the different view options when you need to draft status reports on each project for your executives and donors.
